JUNIOR STYLIST
The Junior Stylist is an entry-level position that reports to the Floor Lead. They start training first as a Shampoo Belle and progress through to two-strand twists and loc grooming as their initial learned styles. They also learn to shampoo two clients at a time. The clients they service through styling are N Club members, models and clients open to being seen by a junior stylist.. As a stylist they will learn and perform a multitude of styles and they do not yet have a specialty area. The training is intense and includes online videos, in-person lectures on theory, hands-on learning on mannequins and live models. Exams and quizzes are given regularly and daily forms are filled out at the end of every shift.
GRAPHIC ARTIST
In this role of Content Creator Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions. While the heart of your work is in the creation of the content a close second is in your planning and organizing of capturing the content and disseminating it to the proper channels being in sync with other marketing efforts and using data to make strategic decisions.
EXPERIENCED STYLIST
The Experienced Stylist is a mid-level position that reports to the Floor Lead. They have progressed through two-strand twists and loc grooming as their initial learned styles, and has learned at least an extension service that is up to N Standards.. They can proficiently do 6-7 non-extension styles and service 4 clients on average in an 8-hour shift. As a stylist they will learn and perform a multitude of styles and they may have a specialty area selected. Later, they may operate in a leadership role as a Floor Lead or as an Onboarding Instructor. They are required to take in-house continued education classes, pass exams with 80% or higher and must complete daily forms at the end of their shift.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
The Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our admin department, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination amongst staff members. Utilizing their exceptional organizational abilities, excellent communication skills and familiarity with office management technologies they ensure our company’s workflow runs smoothly. In order to be a high-performing, integral asset to our company’s success, you will need to be resourceful, innovative, and proactive, think independently as a natural decision-maker (the ability to think under pressure and display good judgment).
