Yesterday our school, The Natural Hair Nstitute held an awesome event at the the studio. Part of the TEXTURES Untangled: Mastering your Hair series this class taught attendees How to two strand and flat twist your own hair .
Co-Owner of The Nstitute Tonia Butler and Nstitute Graduate Crystal Johnson showed attendees step by step how to create the perfect two strand twist and flat twist in their own hair. The class started out with everyone learning the basic steps on their textured hair mannequins. After mastering the basics they were challenged with the task of recreating the same technique on their own hair.
