Here are a few top tips to make your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

1. Arrive Early for Zero Wait Time

The golden rule of the TWST Bar is simple: the earlier you arrive, the smoother your visit. Especially on Sundays—our busiest day—getting here early means you’ll likely have little to no wait. If you’re not an early bird, the next best window is between 4 and 5 PM. The third best time to arrive is between 12 - 1 PM.

2. Know What You Want Before You Arrive

To keep the line moving and everyone happy, it helps a ton if you have a good idea of the style or service you want. Check out our service menu online in advance so you can step right in and let us know what you’re looking for. However, you can also change your mind on your style, up until your style gets started.

3. Sundays Are Busy, But We’re Ready for You

Yes, Sundays are our most popular day, but that’s also when we’re fully staffed and have the most shampoo bowls and styling chairs available. So while it’s bustling, it’s also the day we’re best equipped to handle the crowd.

4. Midweek Visits Mean More Flexibility

If you’re able to come during the week, you might find it a bit more relaxed. You’ll have more flexibility and often less waiting, making it a great option if your schedule allows.

While TWST Bar is walk-in only, on Thursdays and Fridays we hold training sessions for staff. AND you can be part of the fun. Every week, we update a little corner of our site HERE to let you know what type of stylists you can pre-book on these days. That’s right, not only do you get to come in on Thursday or Friday, you get to book those spots. Model appts are typically $95, no matter what service is being offered.
