Tips for getting an Appt at our Twist Bar configuration, can you rotate.

A walk-in natural hair salon is such a cool concept, you all have been flocking to our doors. Here are few tips on how to best prepare for your walk-in service and ensure you get seen:

1. Arrive early. Just like our name, we are open from 9 AM to 5PM. The earlier you arrive, the more likely you are to be seen immediately.

2. Have a style in mind. You don’t have to arrive with a photo, but it may be helpful. The stylist can come up with a style for you, but photos are always helpful.

3. Know your add-on options. You’re allowed add-ons, and if you know what you want from the beginning of your appt, you’re most likely to live with all the services you desire. Requesting an add-on service during the appt may cause for it to be denied if another client walked and was given a start time based on the initial agreed-upon services.
   

Overall, our 9 to 5 Twist Bar is our newest concept salon, and it's loads of fun. We get to start every day not knowing how it will end, who we will serve, or what styles we will perform. We’ve been thoroughly enjoying ourselves, and our clients have had nothing but positive things to say.
